If you have taken the immersive group class, you will be familiar with these cute little glowing spheres! They're the same ones you got to play with at the very end when you took the opportunity to close the workshop with the color therapy of your choice. A nice little way to bring a personalized touch to the end of your experience.

And if you haven't taken the class, this is an immersive way to include an aspect of the live practice that you might not otherwise have. Color therapy is a crucial part of this system, and having a soft, comforting source of mesmerizing light really accentuates the playful nature of the class.
